Asahi Fusion Steak House is a Japanese restaurant that offers a unique fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with a modern twist. The service was incredible. The staff was friendly and went out of there way to make sure that we had a great dining experience. This restaurant has spacious dining with hibatchi style grills and a fresh sushi bar. Our meal started out with soup and salad and next were avacado rolls. Is this a good place for kids? Yes Do they take reservations? Yes Next is the main reason we come- for the awesome hibatchi show 🔥 What is an hibatchi show? During a hibachi show, the chef typically begins by introducing themselves and the menu items that they will be cooking. They may also engage in some light banter with the diners, and ask about any dietary restrictions or preferences. Once the cooking begins, the chef will often start with appetizers, such as shrimp or vegetables, which they will cook and season with various sauces and spices. This is often popular for birthdays, events or anniversaries. It is a good idea to make a reservation before coming. The chef did an outstanding job and we had enough to take home for the next day.
